The rain 

reached out to the ground, 

The ground 

looked up at the sky, 

The sky

hid behind the clouds, 

The clouds 

grew darker by the day,

The day

disappeared at night, 

The night 

clung to the stars, 

The stars 

sometimes, met human eyes, 

Those eyes,

stared at the raindrops, falling by
