Fade into fantasy

An imperfect world; was once built, 

the creator, unknown; yet tales they made,

he designed you too; full of regrets and guilt,

they were ashamed and chose you to blame- 

day after day, they had reasons to shove 

into your empty heart, with no one to love; 

under this darkness, you curled and suffered,

your shadow never saw the light it deserved. 

Expectations; you see them somewhere beyond sight

but they are not to be met; there's no point to this fight. 

when this horrid dream ends, you'll seek reality;

by eternity, your thoughts will fade into fantasy-
