A poem: From Farm To Table...

The sun rises above the skies,

when the farmer tries and applies,

some techniques back and fro, 

to make some seeds grow.

They take care of those graceful plants,

even though they are not payed huge grants.

After some process of cutting, drying and threshing,

we have them in our hands with divine blessings.

Now we have them edible and stable,

that is, from farm to table!!

I have written this poem to remind all of us how hard farmers work for us! Farmers need to work very hard for long hours to become successful. Though agreed that they do that work for their livelyhood, farmers play a really important role in our survival. They care for the food they produce and I request all of you to not waste any of it. 

During this covid-19 situation I thank the government for providing food to the poor and the farmers who helped us survive before!
